How To Detect Remove Adware and Spyware

It is not uncommon for an inexperienced (and even an advanced) computer user to accidentally get adware and spyware infesting your computer. In actuality you could very easily have devious programs reporting about your computer use without you even knowing its there. Many sketchy companies plant software on our computers to collect information about our computer use, and worse individuals can collect sensitive information like credit card numbers, social security numbers, etc.

Your PC is probably infected with adware & spyware if:

• You have downloaded music
• Your PC is running very slow
• You are pestered by popup ads constantly
• Your homepage is changed automatically

Fortunately there exist many downloadable programs which will scan your computer and destroy any adware and spyware (even stuff you didn’t know you had). Some people have tried to create free adware/spyware removal programs but in my experience they don’t work too well. Check out NoAdWare which will remove those ridiculous programs.
